This report is a snapshot of Delaware’s Medical Marijuana Program in its first year. The compassion centers were suspended, so the focus is on the
issuance of registry cards. Thirty seven cards were issued, one being a caregiver. The application procedures and forms are included. Education
and outreach achievements are explained. Program participation levels are presented in various ways, including informative charts indicating
participation by gender, age, county and medical conditions. Interagency coordination efforts and initiatives for moving forward once the compassion center suspension is lifted are all outlined in this report.
